The internal factors include Past students’ participation and experience, Faculty inputs and instruction methodologies, computerization of all the evaluation protocols, latest techniques for preparing the individuals for competitive examinations etc.
The External factors of our Organizational expansion includes potential employers’ diversification of the business opportunities. New age groups and affiliation with nearby school districts. New Grants and policies formulated by the Government will have a considerable impact on the Organizational long term growth.
However, boundaries which are unique such as rapidly changing technology reflect the organizational rationality from other spheres of influence stemming from society. Moreover, as there are different types of specific environments – and more which play a dynamic role in terms of expansion analysis of the factors discussed above.
