Health Care Coverage
Each employee is entitled to the medical treatment and prescription medicines as per the policy laid down by the insurance company. The employees are advised to read the details of coverage carefully and clarify any open questions with our health insurance administrator.
Dental & Vision Insurance coverage
Company also provides for Voluntary Optional Vision and Dental insurance coverage through the provider United Health Care.

Commuter’s transit benefits program
Employees are eligible for TechProjects’ tax-advantaged Commuter Benefit Program which is administered by WageWorks®. This is a pre-tax benefit account used to pay for qualified parking and public transit including train, subway, bus, ferry, and eligible vanpool – as part of our employees’ daily commute to work.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Benefits (FSA) Program
Employees are eligible for TechProjects’ tax-advantaged Dependent Care – Flexible Spending Account (FSA)” benefit Program which is administered by WageWorks®. This is a Pre-tax account that pays for eligible dependent care expenses while you work. The eligible expenses include for Preschool or before / after school programs/ Summer day Camp, Elder day care.
Normally over 40 hours a week is considered overtime.
Salary Review Policy
TechProjects carries out a performance review for all employees at least once in 1 year.
Employee Referral Program
We encourage our employees to bring the talent to our company by offering $1000 as a referral fee per referral, which is paid after the successful completion of 3 months of referred employees
